Q: All house, no HDB around. All condo, this patch condo, then there–
M: Actually what kind of people live around here? Are they like Singaporeans?
Q: Mostly. Owners are mostly Singaporeans. The residents are mostly foreigners, rent out one, a lot of ang-mohs also.
M: How come?
Q: Because they’re working in Science Park, NUS. Horh, stay here. Science Park 2, NUS, researchers, students, lecturers, all these lah.
